Community Acupuncture:
Saturday, June 5, 12-2 pm
We will be offering Community Acupuncture for $20/per person the first Saturday of each Month. Sessions are from 12-2 pm this Saturday, June 5. To reserve a seat, please call the center.This is your opportunity to receive acupuncture at a fraction of cost.

Yin Yoga Workshop:
June 19, 11 am- 12:30 pm
Yin Yoga Workshop with Jim Scully. Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice incorporating myofascial stretching and yoga posture. Admission is $15/advance and $20/ door.

Kirtan:
June 26, 8 pm
Please join us for a spirited evening of call and response chanting with Steven Groff, Sarah Halley, and Friends as we play and sing the night away!

Pre-Natal Yoga:

We are offering Pre-Natal Yoga classes each Saturday at 8 am.

Ashtanga Yoga:
Thursday, June 3, 7-8:15 pm
Monday, June 7, 10-11:15 am
We are offering Ashtanga Yoga two times a week!!! Come and experience the amazing practice of Ashtanga!
