We are offering a FREE Introductory Tai Chi Class February 9, 2010 from 7-8pm. If you have ever wondered about Tai Chi, this is your opportunity to try a class at no cost!!!
We have also added three new yoga classes, including Kundalini Yoga, a Fundamental Yoga class, and a Community Yoga Class (donation only, proceeds go to benefit a different local charity each week).

Oh boy, oh boy, its a studio!!!

Yay! The new studio is almost complete! The painting and prep is done and we have started to install the hard wood floors! Next up, decorating....my favorite part! The new studio is 500 square feet, so there is plenty of room to practice!!!!
Thank you to everyone for your patience and respect and understanding, as we build! I can't wait for everyone to fill the new space with amazing energy!!!!
