Yoga classes begin on Monday October 19 at 6 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

Monday 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Wednesday 10 a.m - 11:30 a.m.

Thursday 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

We teach Hatha Yoga concentrating on Pranayama and Asana. All levels of practice are welcome to join! See you there!

Gateway Bodyworks will be on Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville, under our brave little tent this Friday October 2, 2009 from 6pm until it is obscenely too dark to see. Margaret Welsh will be providing Reflexology and Kelly Boggs, our acupuncturist, will be providing tongue and pulse diagnosises. All services are complementary.
