Yoga at Gateway Bodyworks:

Yoga is an ancient practice that has lived on through generations to embody the continual connection of all beings. We believe that the path of yoga will lead each individual to self discovery, self fulfillment, and self love.

At Gateway Bodyworks it is our goal to teach yoga from our heart to yours. Through practice, it is possible to embrace your heart and live life to your greatest potential! Yoga will change you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Our emphasis is not only the physical attributes that yoga has to offer (though they are amazing), but the incorporation of breath (allowing the body to cleanse and center), and meditation practices (allowing the mind to clear and connect to the body, the earth, the universe).

We ask each of our students to come join us with open minds and open hearts Our instructors are generous and kind and truly blessed at what they do!
