Yoga classes begin on Monday October 19 at 6 p.m. The schedule is as follows:
Monday 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Wednesday 10 a.m - 11:30 a.m.
Thursday 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
We teach Hatha Yoga concentrating on Pranayama and Asana. All levels of practice are welcome to join! See you there!
