Community Acupuncture

Starting June 5 and continuing the first Saturday of every month, we will be offering a reduction in our acupuncture fees, community style! Sessions start at 12pm for $20/per person. Please call, email, or check the website for more details!

Yin Yoga Workshop

We are hosting a beautiful Yin Yoga Workshop with Jim Scully

This is a beautiful evening of the art and science behind Yin Yoga. There will be a presentation, discussion and full practice, followed by a wine tasting!
